Artist Bio
For the past 15 years I have primarily painted watercolor in the representational style and have been drawn to its soft color combinations.
Watercolor eventually evolved into experimenting with vibrant alcohol inks. Since alcohol ink dries quickly the process pushes the artist to test and improve skill and technique. Striking color values along with textural effects have created eye appealing luminosity. Several works are accented in gold which reflect light beautifully.
My goal is to create larger abstracts incorporating resin in the overall piece.
Works have been installed at the Prescott Street Gallery, Lakeville Great Ponds Gallery, Westport Art Gallery, Attleboro Arts Museum, Foxboro Library and at Taunton Arts Association.
