Some say I am an artist.  I like to think I am a creator of conversations through my artistic endeavors.

 

My art is BIG, BOLD, COLORFUL and FULL OF LIFE.  I create art that STARTS A CONVERSATION and EVOKES EMOTION.

 

Known worldwide for his unconventional artwork, Jack dares to go where others will not venture.  He pushes artistic boundaries.  He does watercolors on canvas using a specially designed patented primed surface.  Jack will combine on a single surface, acrylics with watercolors or pastels over acrylics.  Such techniques allow colors to “pop” and create a freshly unique modern-day painting.

 

Each painting is a process of layers of color and to Jack’s eye it is especially soothing when one color bleeds through another or when colors wrap themselves around one another.  He also adds a top coat of varnish or resin to protect each painting.

 

Jack who resides in Norton MA, is constantly exploring new avenues within the art world, as is evidenced by his recent Debunk Junk Series of creations & sculptures, reaching beyond what he once thought was possible.  Jack’s inspiration comes from artists such as Vincent Van Gogh, Pablo Picasso, Andy Warhol and Peter Max, artists who in their day pushed the limits to create unique modern art.
